Ask the Physical Therapist is a program developed by Premier Therapy Associates to provide group and one on one learning sessions. Commonly, people have questions about exercise, activity and associated pains and are unsure of where to go for answers. We provide no cost information sessions for injury prevention and recovery to all levels of athletes and activities including runners, bikers, swimmers, triathletes, team sports, aerobic programs and weight loss groups (just to name a few.) Premier also works with organizations, companies, and other large groups to develop, progress and assist in wellness programming by providing custom evaluation, education and recommendations program to suit the needs of that organization.

On the third thurday of every month at the Maple St. YMCA, Premier will have physical therapy (Ask The Physical Therapist program) available with open clinic for 2 hours for YMCA members. We will have 15 minute private, free of charge evaluations. The P.T. on duty will be available to answer question about workout technics and assist in evaluating possible injuries to help determine whether or not the injury may require further examination.
Programs like this are great for retaining members. Those who are new to excecise often have a difficult time differentiating between normal and serious pain
