Before you begin any workout it's important to properly warm up and stretch. This can help to prevent muscle injuries. Below is a general stretch
routine targeting the major muscle groups of your body. Of course, it is always important to focus more on the part of your body you are preparing
to exercise.
Stretches should be held for a minimum of 30 seconds. You should not feel pain, only stretch, and don't bounce at the end for an extra stretch as
this can lead to injury.
